Our Vision
Nutritious food is never wasted. No neighbor goes without.
The Urban Food Movement sees a Metro Atlanta and City of South Fulton where rescued food flows directly back into our communities, free to anyone who needs it, regardless of income, background, or circumstance.

Building a Permanent Home
Today we work out of our own vehicles and our own hands. Tomorrow, one location where the entire cycle of food, from rescue to plate to soil, happens under one roof and out in the open.

What Our Home Will Hold:
Free Grocery Store and Market
No line. No pantry box. No form. Shelves, carts, and choice. Neighbors take what their family actually eats and walk out with nothing owed.
Test Kitchen
Where a senior learns three ways to use the produce we just delivered. Where families discover that eating well is not complicated when the food is already in your hands.
Composting Station
What cannot be eaten returns to the earth and comes back as soil. Nothing wasted, ever.
Bee and Honey Preserve
Pollinators start the food chain, so we start there. Hives on site, honey for our community, and a lesson for our children about where food truly comes from.
Community Space
A stage for the people already doing this work. Local farmers, food entrepreneurs, and fellow nonprofits get a room, an audience, and a partner.

Why It Matters
A home turns weekly rescue runs into a daily open door. It turns a movement into an institution that outlives all of us.
